The NJA CLEAR Leadership Circle, an initiative of NJA Business Group, is a collaborative leadership and business-development community created for women business owners, entrepreneurs, executives, professionals, and emerging leaders across industries.

This is more than networking. The Circle was created to provide a trusted space where women can have honest conversations about the realities of building businesses, leading organizations, advancing professionally, and creating sustainable growth-while gaining the knowledge, connections, strategy, and accountability needed to move forward.

We recognize that not everyone begins their business or leadership journey with the same access to capital, resources, professional networks, or opportunities. Some businesses begin from necessity and survival before there is time to establish the systems, financial foundation, or infrastructure necessary for long-term sustainability.
